Sebastian Vaughan
Co-founder
Seb has worked within the health industry for over a decade both as a medical research scientist and in digital proposition and product management roles.
After graduating with a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Sebastian gained experience working in the global capital markets before taking up a research fellowship at Imperial College, London. With a primary focus on the development of biological target cancer therapies and research commercialisation.
In 2010, Sebastian co-founded Kwatsi Interactive Health and has since played a number of roles at an executive and operation level.
Sebastian has significant expertise in strategic product development, marketing, new business development and business strategy within the health industry and now supports both business direction, operations and client management for Kwatsi.
Keith Bradley
Co-founder
Keith Bradley, a highly motivated academic cum business executive with demonstrated leadership in building successful organisations in dynamic environments that require innovation, flexibility, courage, empathy and persuasion.
He has significant main board experience in both US and UK public companies, a seasoned consultant to governments, international organizations and a number of corporations and has undertaken international assignments in India, Mexico, New Zealand, Europe and the US.
Keith is a strategy and business performance expert, formerly a professor at the Harvard Business School and for over a decade he taught at the London School of Economics where he was the Director of the LSE Business Performance Group.
Simon Ellse
Finance Director
Simon is a chartered accountant and he has spent the last 25 years acting as a Finance Director within the Marketing Services sector covering a wide range of operational and Group Finance roles.
He was Group Finance Director of CDP Europe which had a network of Agencies across Europe. In his most recent role he helped set up an Advertising Agency and Direct Marketing Agency which grew to £20million of income and 200 employees. After negotiating the sale of both businesses to a Canadian Listed Group and helping manage them through a 4 year earnout, he was made UK Group Finance Director of the Acquiring Company.
During his time as a Finance Director Simon has gained a wide range of commercial, operational and corporate finance experience, has been responsible for managing relationships with a range of investors and played a senior role on a number of executive boards.
Richard Thornton
Sales Director
Born in New Zealand, Richard's career has progressed through a series of International Sales and Customer Relations roles to becoming the MD of a global Executive Search firm based in London.
Earlier in his career Richard was responsible for Key Accounts which included British Airways, EasyJet and several major Consulting Engineering organisations.
Since joining Kwatsi in 2012 Richard has taken responsibility for Sales and Marketing and the growth of key and strategic accounts.
Bartek Luszcz
Digital Media Manager
Creative individual who is committed to the video industry. Bartek is a cameraman, editor and all-round media expert who is used to working away from the office. He has worked in demanding situations including with foreign news correspondents from around the world.
He has a track record of many successful internet media related projects, loves new challenges and new technology.
Margherita Cella
Client Relationship Manager
Italian born Margherita has solid international experience in managing complex and commercially sensitive projects, data and information.
She enjoys working in an international, multilingual and culturally diverse environment. Her mother-tongue is Italian, she is fluent in English and she also has working knowledge of German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
Margherita has worked with high profile executives and is used to managing confidential situations. She is positive, hard working and ensures that goals are met with excellent results.
